Tanzania Peaberry

Type: Single Origins
Roast: Medium
Weight: 10 Grams
Shape: 62mm Flat-Top

Grown on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, the difficult-to-acquire Peaberry is unusual, with coffee cherries having only one seed instead of the usual pair. Fine acidity, intense flavor and full body.

Awesome, dry citrus and berries from the pod.
Earthy aroma with a hint of spice.
Rather bright first sips. Floral nose and chocolate tail?
Second and third sip reveals a rather good earth note.
Now, halfway through the cup the dominant aftertaste is earth/chocolate.
Good spice as well, medium body.
More fruit than berries in the acidity.
