BMG uses full-bodied, spicy peaberry coffee from the island of Java and blend it with lively Ethiopian moka beans for a perfectly balanced cup with a clean finish. Like the smell of this. Mocca/Java blends usually is my cup of t.. coffee ;-) This was however not love at first sight. 8 oz is to much water for my taste. A bit earthy, a bit berries and a bit smooth. To many bits, I want more of everything. Much better at 7 oz. Sharper edge, more defined flavors. Lost some of it's smoothness. Anyway, this does not stand a chance against the Fratello - Mocca Java.
