This coffee is 100% Rainforest Alliance certified and has an amazing chocolate almond taste with aromas of walnuts. This coffee was recently recognized by the SCAA as one of the top 3 Rainforest Alliance coffees from Brazil. Round #01 The pod smells nice, warm and sweet. Tones of chocolate is the first thing that hits me. Second is notes of earth, and that was unexpected. I can take bigger sips now and it feels almost creamy in my mouth. As usual I've started at 8oz and that is a bit too much for this pod. Still very good though. Not a very pronounced acidity. Pleasant aftertaste. Maybe I'll go as low as 6 oz in the next round. Yum.
