Type: Single Origins Roast: Medium Weight: 9.5 Grams Shape: 62mm Flat Top This was really sweet! You could taste some chocolate, some fruit and berries and maybe something nutty. I found the mouth feel to be somewhat thin, but very pleasant. Reduced water to 7 oz. With this setting the chocolate became the dominant flavor. As the coffee cooled down the other flavors returned. I'm not sure this coffee gained anything with a smaller drop-size. Had another go at 7 oz and that convinced me. That's the version I prefer. It was pure joy to drink this coffee. Score: 4 ++ |
