Actually a bit disappointed. 8 oz made this to watery for me. It cools down and it is possible to taste. Very clean. Rather sweet. Fruity acidity and an amazingly creamy mouth feel. This has potential, but I wait until I've tried it at 7 oz. Round #02 Much better at 7 oz. Still sweet. Acidity like apple. Very clean, more depth now. Some tones of chocolate or brown sugar. Quite citric after-taste actually. I think I'll try this at 6 oz for the last round Round #03 Here we go, 6 oz. This is finally a cup of excellence :-) Very sweet. Creamy. Apple and citric acidity. Flavors mixed together in a very pleasant way. Almost vanilla in the after-taste. Score: 4 + |
