Round #01
Nice start.
Doing 8oz first round as usual.
Smoky start and finish.
Charred in the middle and in the aftertaste as well.
Hard to discover acidity.
Becomes sweet in a way as it cools down.
Hmm, maybe even a very vague tone of dark chocolate.

Round #02
7oz with tea setting on the Bunn.
Smells nice and smoky.
Tastes smoky as well.
Actually this is still a bit weak for my preferences. 6 oz in the final round.
Slightly charred aftertaste.
No signs of the chocolate I thought I tasted last time.
Medium sweetness.

Round #03
Bunn MCP: 6oz, tea setting
Pod smells good. Berries, some spice and a bit smoky.
Soft and sweet while brewing. Vague smoke and something like chocolate.
I'll go for earth/spice aromas.
Slightly smoky and some berries mixed with spice in the first aftertaste.
Vague char and sparkling citrus acidity.
Good, spicy and constantly changing. I see why it's described as complex.
This was the right setting for this pod, indeed.

Conclusion
A good start. Spicy aromas mixed with smoke and a hint of chocolate.
The first aftertaste gave me smoke, berries and spice.
Vague char and sparkling citrus acidity.
Bold, spicy and constantly changing.
I see why it's described as complex.
