Earthy, but not to much. Slightly sweet, I agree. Pleasant mouth feel. No bitterness, laid back acidity. Great start. Looking forward to next round. Round #02 Still earthy and sweet. More powerful at 7 oz. Low acidity. Perhaps tones of brown sugar. Becomes richer as it cools down. Round #03 This is still good. It's very mild. But I could wish for a bit more of "personality".
