Round #01
Maybe a bit weak, but that's not unexpected at 8 oz.
Discrete acidity of the citrus kind.
Nice, soft earthy flavors, mixed with fruity freshness.
Mandarin? Nice.
A refreshing cup in many ways. Looking forward to the next.

Round #02
7 oz drop size.
I would still say earthy.
More pronounced acidity this time.
Kind of sweet, but a very fruity aftertaste leaves a refreshing impression.
The earthy tones goes towards brown sugar as the coffee cools down.
Very good. I think I'll even try 6 oz for this in the final round.

Round #03
Bunn MCP, 6oz tea setting.
Pod smells sweet and inviting. Vague fragrances of citrus?
Sweet aromas of earth while brewing.
First sip makes me think of tea.
Bright, fruity, sweet and ends with earthy notes in the aftertaste.
Hints of mandarin in the acidity.
A bit cooled down and there are brown sugar in the aftertaste.
I really enjoy this cup at 6oz.
It comes together quite well. Clean and Balanced.
Another great cup from The Coffee Artisan.
